  1. Oh my. I hated this episode BEYOND WORDS, and I was SHOCKED to find you all quite liked it. The quarantine facility just makes no sense whatsoever. Still and all, another good time with Impossible Podcast. Thanks for all the commentaries!

  2. @ Zarban. I would be interested to find out which episodes you did like. The core of the story was Amy & Rory, the quarantine facility was just a macguffin to hang the rest of the story on.

The story clicked for me for different reasons, Amy shouldered more of the story but Rory was the one that had the big decision.

It was his conflict, he uncertainty that drove the final scene. Rory has morphed from a bumbling sidekick into reluctant hero that we all can identify with.

  3. I'm surprise you hated it Zarban. I thought it was a bit odd that the Red Waterfall timestream sped up lifespan including aging but excluding Chen7 and the need for eating, but it wouldn't have had the same impact if Amy hadn't aged.

I agree Daddykoolest – one of the most interesting aspects of the story was the role that it gave Rory.

  4. I've liked about all of season 6 and nearly all of season 5, altho the extended arc wore a little thin and the Flesh two-parter didn't do much for me. I'm not hard to please. I just hate how sloppily this ep trapped Amy; it felt really lazy.
